Rain, more rain and then a perfect Karoo afternoon. Karel and Lore (and so may familiar faces) celebrated their long-weekend wedding at De Opstal Wedding Venue in the Schoemanshoek valley outside Oudtshoorn. The rain continued later in the evening, giving us the perfect excuse to play outside with lights and colour gels.

Side note. I somehow forgot to pack my wedding pants, bought new ones the morning of the wedding and they didn’t even last a full day. I split my pants the moment the dancing started and I am not sure if anyone noticed, but sorry if you saw more than you bargained for. 🫣
