Elopements rarely come as intimate and personal as this. Carel, Lizandri, myself and the minister with the planner and personal assistant signing as witnesses. The only guests, three African Elephants and a couple of Nyalas grazing and watching our every move in the wide-open space of Buffelsdrift Game lodge outside Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo.
